Grinding is a mechanical processing process that, by removing material with abrasive wheels, serves to obtain extremely precise surfaces with a high quality of finish.
It is used to achieve very tight dimensional tolerances, to obtain surfaces with very low roughness, in general to finish pieces already processed with other techniques (turning, milling).
We are equipped to handle both individual pieces and medium quantities with both external and internal, CNC and traditional grinding machines that cover the capacity of chrome plating baths.
We also have vertical rectification which can simultaneously rectify both internal and external, ensuring perfect concentricity (max diameter 1300x700 mm in height with a maximum capacity of 4000 kg) and a Heavy rectification for outdoor use with a diameter of 1000x4000 and a diameter of 800x8000mm.
